Schools
Incline Village Schools make up one of the best public and private
education systems in the country. The public system consists of Incline
Elementary School , serving grades K-5, Incline Middle School for
grades 6-8, and Incline High School. Lake Tahoe School is a 33,000
square foot state-of-the-art facility to offer students in kindergarten
through 8th grade greater opportunities in science, technology, language,
computer and performing arts studies.
Beyond high school, Incline Village is home to two college campuses
— Truckee Meadows Community College and the only private four-year
college in Nevada, Sierra Nevada College.

Competition and Riding in Tahoe
Lake Tahoe is home to some of the best competitions on snow. Championship
professionals from the pages of Powder and Snowboarder Magazines make
Lake Tahoe and the slopes of Northstar, Mt. Rose, Alpine Meadows and
Squaw Valley their playground. Freestyle on skis or boards...it's
all here.
Riding the Wake on Lake Tahoe
Wake boarding and Wake skating...it's Lake Tahoe once more. Get behind
your X80 and ride--Competition for all levels of riders. Sick 180s
and awesome shove-its. For the kids and "folks", take to
the tube behind your Cobalt while enjoying tunes by Jimmy Buffet.
Beaches
Lake Tahoe has over 20 beaches where you can have a picnic
and barbecue, wander along the shoreline, get sand between your toes,
wade in the cool water or work on your tan. Nearly all offer picnic
areas, fire pits, and restrooms unless noted. Some locations also
provide playgrounds, boat rentals and boat ramps.
Boating
Lake Tahoe is a boating paradise. Without a doubt one of
the clearest, cleanest, and most beautiful lakes in the United States,
Tahoe offers outstanding recreational opportunities for the entire
families-- From novice to professional. Those without their own boats,
there is plenty of opportunity to rent nearly any size craft, from
small to multi-foot yachts.
Hiking
With over 50 trails in the Lake Tahoe area even the most
avid hiker can remain busy for years. From easy strolls to long, hard
climbs, you can find a trail to suit your mood in Lake Tahoe.
Golf
Incline Village’s two spectacularly designed golf courses—
Championship Course and the Mountain Course —are the essence
of mountain golfing. Both offer incredible views of Lake Tahoe from
